Update
Unfortunately, despite taking every precaution, our update is taking longer than expected. We have taken the decision to extend the downtime until midnight to ensure our infrastructure changes are properly applied.

Our new estimate is that the site will be unaccessible for the rest of the day. We appreciate this is very inconvenient and we sincerely apologize to those affected. We will post more updates here as they become available. Thank you for your patience

We will be carrying out a critical intervention for maintenance on our systems from Friday, May 22, 2020 at 22:00 GMT to Saturday, May 23, 2020 to 13:30 GMT (23:00 - 14:30 BST) during which time the Satchel One platform will be unavailable.
