Good news, we have not received any more reports since our last update, so we have marked this incident as 'Resolved'.

Please note: Users on the App that faced issues earlier, will now see a 'session expired' message. Simply log out and back in to resolve this.

We are very sorry about the problems earlier! Any affected users will now be able to log in again. We will continue to monitor this for a little longer but are not anticipating any further issues.

Investigating
We are receiving reports from some users that are currently unable to log in. We have escalated this to our engineering team who are currently investigating the issue. We will keep you posted, so please keep an eye out for out next update.

This incident affected: Satchel One Website, Single Sign-on: Active Directory, Single Sign-on : Google, Single Sign-on: Office 365, and Single Sign-on: RM Unify.
